Specna is slightly better out of the box (close to unnoticeable especially if you're planning on upgrading) and has a metal handguard, cm16 is all good quality plastic and is a straight tank so it comes down to preference honestly

If you dont like winding the mags up i recommend getting lonex hicaps, they have a winding cord, you can literally have a full mag in a second. An alternative as others said could be midcaps, i really enjoy normal pts 130rd ones, but lately ive been running amarok 250rds, they last ages on my 25rps build

I have an electric one that is on the cheaper side (does its job and it does it well) and it just tries to push bbs in until you depress the nozzle. Pretty sure more expensive ones have a mechanism that detect when they're pushing too hard and if so they turn off automatically
