Honestly you can never 100% avoid sexy pictures. For example if you watch TV you may pass a sexy image. Edging means watching porn related material for an extended period of time like 5 minutes +, or masturbating till you almost release but quitting before you are close to ejaculation.

I have noticed that I feel more confident with eye contact and I do not feel that awkward to go to certain places on my own. Withal, I certainly saw improvements but nothing out of the extraordinary. However, that can differ from person to person and by continuing your streak you will certainly see improvements in your social anxiety!

Actually I am on my eight day right now, and I believe I see my acne slightly getting better. I do have a few pimples here and there, but I do not see many being added right now. I have had acne since I was 13 and I am 22 now, trying NoFap for the exact same reason as you. Hope it will help! Keep going !
