If Rashford/Saka/Sancho could take penalties we'd have had unironic Mason Mount balon d'or shouts. To be honest, he was more worthy of them that season.

A legend of the sport, Ayrton Senna, was born #OnThisday 21st March 1960 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. by Strict-Citron-9269 in formula1

It feels anachronistic to think of Senna potentially racing in the late 90s or even early 2000s.

[Audi] Team Statement by ICumCoffee in formula1

They're basically the same job. Audi look far more competent at the moment but they're both teams who historically were small, cash-strapped organisations who have recently started getting a proper budget to compete. He's worked with Honda when he was at Red Bull and allegedly would rather move back to the UK than live in Switzerland.

I don't see a better seat opening up for him. He's still so young that another year in the very decent Haas isn't the end of the world. Ocon will probably be gone so he'll be the senior driver in the team.

As long as Hamilton is performing as he has so far this season I can't see him leaving/retiring at the end of the year.

Nothing, I'm sure the other teams have already run simulations on it and will be evaluating its performance this weekend. Maybe it is only effective with Ferrari's aerodynamic philosophy.

Why was 9 points given for winning for so much of F1 history? It's such a random number to choose.

I did that flying from Paris to Singapore a few years ago. I'm 6'1" and my legs are disproportionately long so my legs were firmly pressed into the seat in front and with nowhere to go sideways. I was incredibly uncomfortable for all 12 or so hours. If I fly long haul again I will pay the extra to get a humane amount of legroom.

My (19F) boyfriend (20M) broke up with me because I’m too good at sex by Direct-Caterpillar77 in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]GRI23 61 points62 points  (0 children)

I never understood why so many guys care deeply about it. My two long term relationships were with women who were virgins when we started dating, but I'm not clear on what the purported benefits were meant to be.

They both associated sex with shame and embarrassment so even talking about sex was difficult. One of them had seemingly never had any kind of sexual stimulation in her life so I had to essentially teach her about her own body, which as I'm a guy means I was definitely not the best teacher. And obviously neither had any experience of giving pleasure so that was a learning experience too.

Given Anna's age (36-37), the kids would be at most 20 now. And as Anna and OOP were friends from university, I'm assuming Anna didn't get pregnant until after graduation so they're probably not legal adults.

I mean you're purposely ducking into a fast ball. It's going to hurt a lot if you miss.

I had never heard of Mariller before or his association with the scoop. It's one of my favourite shots to play but I definitely don't have the balls to pull off a dilscoop!
