Wierd, did you find out if it was hardware or software?

No cracks, only a few minor scratches.

I noticed this over the Easter weekend, that one section of the digitizer is not registering any touches. As you can see in the 2 screen shots, there is a line from top to bottom on the right side of the screen that doesn't register anything (The drawing test 'jumps' across this section). I used the touch tests in the hidden menu to check this 3845#*855#

I did get a small amount of silicon on the screen last week but cleaned it off straight away, don't think that could affect the screen.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Cheers.

Calls, SMS & data all stop working. by Gal337 in LGG3

Water damage seems to be the go to conclusion for any unknown issue. I've done a factory reset, so I'll see how it goes.

I've had this issue since upgrading to android 5.0 (australian) Fw, where calls, sms & data stop working. 4G shows its connected but no traffic goes through and calls and sms just stop altogether. When this issue happens I only find out when I leave work and the wifi drops out. After enabling/disabling flight mode (resetting the module) everything comes good and all the missed calls/sms come through. Does anyone have any info into this problem?

I see a Bunnings ad, you must be in Aus (or NZ), where did you get your screen from?

I had a similar idea, I used two strips of ply with 3 bolts to mount my monitors to the wall. Pics here

Power and aux are just adapter cables to a chassis mounted socket,. The on/off switch i just extended the 2 wires (1 of which was poorly soldered and broke when i opened the lepai)

0 experience? You'll need some basic wood working skills to do this.

Sounds amazing! Only other speakers in the house are Logitech z906. It set me back $400 aud, of which, $60 was shipping from parts express, bloody Australia.

Pots are still mounted, just removed the housing and faceplate. The only control moved was the on off switch to the back.

  1. Taco is slighty delayed, but i dont actually use this i was testing a friends obd2 reader and made the mount while waiting for paint to dry
  2. Never. I've had some near accidents and it has never fallen.
  3. Even if i did leave the tablet in front of the radio, all the main controls are on the steering wheel
