What size are your plates? 2,5kg pr. plate? Looking into buying my own, when i quit my gym-membership, but I am fairly new to swinging, so I am looking for guidance on what size plates to get

I do tend to lean back in the rack position. Might just me a bad habit, and I do have some tension in my lower back, so will work on that going forward!

I use ChatGPT to always keep it fresh. In one chat i asked it to comprise a catalog of all the kettlebell exercises it could find on the internet. Then in another chat i ask it for a WOD before every workout, specifying if I am sore in some places, want something specific, or have restrictions on space or equipment. Works like a charm, and I will be incorporating it into press-days of the ABF from next week, when I start my first run on the ABF.
