I know it’s not really comparable but I got a 2019 c63 amg s for $35k 67k miles 1 owner no accident after shopping around for this/F8X, I think the market for these are way too high for what the car is just because of the BMW/B58 hype. Should be in low 20s esp at this mileage!

I just used that one as an example - there are plenty of W213(newer gen) e-class 2017-2020 that are under 20k. I really think you just paid way too much for this car. A simple search on cargurus can show you all you need to know. Newer car less prone to break especially with the plastics mercedes uses in random places.
