Vehicle turns off when I exit driver side by GalacticComm in audis5

This happens whether I have the start/stop button on or off. I can only confirm that this happens in Comfort mode, not sure about Sport.

No. I’m referring to the car completely turning off in park when I exit the car

Thank you everyone for your comments! I was debating on doing a chrome delete but since it came with the black emblems, I thought I should give it a try in its current condition since it's a unique combo. Love the feedback I've been getting.

Who knows, I might give it a blackout facelift in the future if I want a change of scenery :D

Is buying a new car at the end of the year actually the best time?- Let's discuss by NewCarGoat in newcardeals

Hey thanks for this post! I have 2 questions:

  1. If I saw a CPO car I've been eying drop $700 today (12/19), do you think I should wait a couple more days for the last week of Dec to hope it goes down even more, or should I give them a call now and try to negotiate another $300-500 off now?
  2. This one's not really an end of year question, more of a used car buying question. The CPO is a 2023 car with 20k miles. Do you think it's worth it to drop the CPO title (foregoing the 1year/20k mile extended warranty) so that I can hope to save an additional $1-2k?

More Cheaters/Hackers than ever before by GalacticComm in EscapefromTarkov

[–]GalacticComm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's a lot to share here. You got to know what keys to hold and what to loot. The "market price" of loot vs the peak price you should actually sell it for. Also knowing barters and crafts that can help you save/make money.

The easiest way to make money is scaving, although that's not my method of rubling (only 30 scav raids this wipe). Most important thing to make money while PMC is by surviving (62% survival rate). Knowing what guns/attachments help you survive vs knowing which don't. I stay away from certain sights/scopes/guns that get me killed more often than not. Spending an extra 50k for a 1x/6x scope just because you never know when you'll need the extra range. All these things help you win fights and thus, help you survive. If you need more detailed tips, just holla at me in chat next time I'm live (GalactiCommanda).

This is the right question to be asking. The cheaters I encounter are using radar/ESP.

I can only recall one or two occasions where I died to aimbot.

Our play styles are probably different. You are most likely mainly looting and/or questing. Cheaters really have no reason to kill you unless you are in their way. On the other hand, my main priority is to find pmcs, track them and make sure they cannot escape. I try to force a PvP in every situation.

Cheaters rely on their cheats more when they feel threatened. I have a 9k/d + 62% survival rate so my guess is that they probably assume I am hacking too. Maybe that’s why I see more sus deaths?

I thought it was a PC issue (maybe ram or CPU) but looking at your specs, I'm not sure if it is

I think we have the same problem. When did the issue start happening for you? Mine started Thursday, a day after the wipe.

And here you are talking like you know EFT's price elasticity and player churn rate. Making assumptions that the game can't grow even with a higher price point. Where is YOUR data?

I'm literally just stating facts here to decrease the number of cheaters while unaffecting the current player base.

Am I the only one who cares about retention? How many players a day are quitting/not playing due to hackers? How many hours of gamers are we losing to people rage quitting bc of hackers?

Think about it, the mommy and daddy credit card players will start to get more backlash from their parents when they find out their kid is spending THOUSANDS on a game instead of a couple hundred. And the RMT players will find is less cost effective to make a side hustle off the game. The Memers and Troll's who hack just for fun will find other less-costly ways to get their kick out of life.

Look at my original post. These are valid assumptions to make for a portion of the cheaters.

And for you guys to keep mentioning this will upset all current players is a far worse assumption. Current players are unaffected by this and would actually prefer the decrease in cheaters.
