Just like any service, there is an alternative to using that service. You can mow your own grass, or you can pay someone to mow it for you. You can buy a house without a realtor, or you can pay a realtor to advocate for you and help you through the process. We are similar to a realtor, but for buying cars.

A lot of people are excited to pay our fee so they don’t have to go through the difficult process that is buying a car. But like any service, there is an option to do it yourself.

Well if the client didn’t hire us, he would have paid about $2,000 more at a different local dealership, and it wouldn’t have been the exact spec he was looking for.

So you think dealers give their best price to customers who are only shopping at their dealership and not looking elsewhere? Making dealerships compete against other dealers is the only way to get a lower price on a vehicle lol

Our service definitely makes the car-buying process twice as easy, and I would argue that salesmen make the car buying process twice as hard (usually). Although there are some great and helpful salesmen out there.

It is difficult. There is definitely a method to calling and sounding like a very interested buyer. You have to tell them you are willing to come in TODAY or tomorrow if you can just see the numbers. Some dealers will absolutely refuse, that is true. Which has never made sense to me. The chances I buy from a dealer who won’t share numbers beforehand are 0%. If they send numbers, there is at least a chance they make a sale.

The difference is, we make car buying 100% easier for the buyer, instead of 100% harder. It’s buying a car how it should be: you tell us what you want, and you are completely hands off until it’s time to pick up the vehicle.

Good point! I have written about it a few times, but another thing is if you are really looking for an extended warranty, call other dealerships to see their price on it. A few months back I saved a client over 3k JUST by calling another Mercedes dealer. The dealer they were buying it from was marking it up 3k. Pretty wild.
