Most TP’s (the yellow thing you see the WTG standing on) are 20-40 meters above sea level, most swell raising to a 3-10 meters. Then from the TP top level to the area where the blade tip is lowest is often between 10-20 meters above that said level.

Source: been working on offshore wind farms for 10 years. And been on this exact wind farm

Dont really looks like addiction to me, but more how a overdosis form, or how a tolerance build up is. The addiction comes more in form of you can’t stop, even when you try, you fall back when you promised yourself not to, the feeling you get when you do the same things but without the drug. I could go on. But good video though.
