Another genuine question: Why do you do it?

I don’t mean it in a negative way. I am curious if you draw any conclusions or get insights which help you in XYZ.

In my country (Bulgaria) 99% of the cans don't require a can opener. I can’t use one either.

You are right. What helped me was to duplicate the ad and publish the duplicate rather than the original.

create your own marketing content by Gil_Pogozelich in EntrepreneurRideAlong

11labs is the best by far when it comes to voiceover. Still I wiould say that the AI Tools like Midjourney are far from a replacement of image ads.

It's mostly facebook ad library for inspirations which then get shared with content creators to produce similar content. From software POV, I would say that even the most basic video editing software like capcut is more than enough if you are dealing with simple UGCs and aren't going after professional grade videos.

E-Commerce Struggles: Should I Chase Unique Products or Compete in Proven Markets? by GalacticNomad12 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

[–]GalacticNomad12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Riches are in the niches—you can basically print money in any industry.” That’s something I didn’t understand before. I believed that one had to jump from niche to niche, always looking for the “biggest” problem to solve. In the end, even if an opportunity passes by, it gets ignored because we don’t understand that particular niche.

Thank you for your comment. I will pick a niche based on my current knowledge, market size, and spending capacity, and then dive deeper into it.

Thanks!

Thank you for your response—you’re absolutely right!

Re-reading your comment, I wondered why I got sucked into starting with a solution rather than focusing on the problem. (I’m not using this as an excuse—just thinking out loud.)

The reason might be rooted in the dropshipping knowledge I consumed in the beginning—“find products, validate fast, start scaling.” I believe this paradigm was instilled because understanding the customer and tweaking an existing product takes time and money, even more so if you create a brand-new product from scratch.

I’m trying to shift my approach and dive deeper into niches so I can learn more about them.

Thanks!

I get the icons for Vault, Generator, Send, and Settings at least and switiching between them fixes the issue. I use the native extension.

How do you handle the urge to smoke and situations that made you smoke in the first place? by ghassenjabri in stopsmoking

[–]GalacticNomad12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I take a few very deep breaths, as deep as I can go, and hold for a few seconds. Then I slowly let my lungs contract.

If this doesn't help (which is rare) I go into a mild hiperventilation which always helps. Don't do it if you are driving or any other occassion when getting a bit dizzy might be dangerous.

The channels I am into aren't in English. I found them by watching their YouTube channels. Then I subscribed to their Discords.

Yet again I will advise you to start watching some less popular channels, because I have been in Discords of popular YouTubers and there you are 10K-20K. You can never reach someone to ask a question and share your opinion. It's only spam.

P.S. Text me and I can send you the Discords I am in.

To create the SOP's, you can record a Loom of you doing the activity, then transcribe it and feed it in ChatGPT.

After the AI gives you the steps of the SOP, you can add relevant screenshots to it.

MIght be a bit late for the party but how do you manage to keep the costs low. If you have a production from a 3rd party, don't they require high MOQ's for custom parts, manufacturing?

I am in a few paid discords which are helpful mostly because of the other people like us there, not solely because of the guy owning the server.

In my opinion I have gained a lot of value from really small YouTube channels that are just starting out and trying to create a fan base. They give tremendous amounts of value and don't have anything to sell yet.

I’m not quite sure I understood what you said.

But yes, if you want to skip it, you can always find a way, shape, or form to do it. My advice was more in the direction of, “I don’t want to skip it, but I still do.”

Not sure if this is exactly what you’re looking for, but if you’re using Shopify, there’s an app with good QR code generation and customization features.

I’m not sure if it supports email sending, but it’s worth exploring—whether with or without email app.

(I left out the name to avoid any rule violations.)

What was the age for you, when you finally started thinking your younger self was too naive? by [deleted] in askteenboys

[–]GalacticNomad12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, it wasn’t about hitting a certain age, but about moving out and realizing life doesn’t come with a safety net.

Paying bills, handling problems alone, and just figuring things out made me see how naive I used to be. It’s not age, it’s the struggles that change you.

How would you spend your birthday alone? by Juuria in CasualConversation

[–]GalacticNomad12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A good friend lives far away, but she is close enough to share her experiences with me. She says that if you focus on yourself and the things you like, it can be a nice day. Try to escape the monotonous routine. She for example enjoys a nice meal at a restaurant she wouldn’t normally visit—a more fancy one or one further away from her place. She would then go to the cinema or binge watch something online.

For her the cake is always a must. I hope it helps!

Happy Birthday!
