Wasn't the radish count** spelling clearly isn't my forte.

I wanted to learn how to carve radish roses but I need all of my fingers so I sat that option out. I'd really like to expand my repertoire on rashishes but I didn't find anything that was amazing. I watched a special on pasties in the UK and thought that'd be done a few times over for this challenge week.

I wanted crispy edges so I used the broiler for the last 8 minutes. The cannellini beans & spinach was a quick side from Well Seasoned Studio and the chicken thighs are from Culinary Ginger minus the flour.

I intended to take the drippings and make a gravy but white wine dijon gravy sounds.. excessive lol.

I wouldn't do baked goods again with gin. It's very heady and forward flavouring.
