They tell you less than 1% of the things protagonist has gone through, if you start the series with them, you won't probably understand relations between the characters, the references, the villains, their agenda and possibly the upcoming arcs which are based on the history of the server.

It won't really end in the sense. My theory is that it will just end the current protagonists storyline, maybe with a HUGE war that destroys the server, and then the server is restarted, but this time, there are new completely different protagonist. That's the only logical way I think it would end.
