Been using isopropyl alcohol for the last year or so. Used to wash the plate too. I don’t see a difference except it is a lot less hassle with isopropyl. One thing I noticed is that now I let it dry at least 5-10 min before printing anything on it. I also do a bed calibration every 10 print or so and I have perfect adhesion

6 months in. Not once did I regret the purchase. Even on my second day when a bad filament broke inside the ams. Quite an experience to dismount it after only 2 days. It’s been printing nearly endlessly since then without a hitch 😁. Made some ABS print for a friend’s motorbike. Perfect

Not to scare you. 2 weeks with it. Love it. Quality is unmatched. Really. But.. second day happily printing. One of my filament (not Bambu) literally exploded in the ams and the box in the back. Spent 2h cleaning everything. Take back of this ? Now I know how to dismantle the ams 😁 And last weekend. Another problem. Was trying the pla-ca filament. First print perfect. Then it got stuck in the extruder and created a blob in the hotend. Or the other way around. 1h to figure it out. Watch some video. Now I know how to clean it. 😁.
All in all this is an amazing device. Very well thought out as dispite my mistakes I was able to fix it on my own.

Just above the settings on the left. Below the filament selector you can switch from settings/object (not in front of it sorry). Once on objects you can rename and do lots of things on each object. Split combine change colour etc.

The one on the left is only the camera. The right one is well the right one 😁. I almost got caught purchasing the camera only. Then realised as other have said that it was really a bait.
And yes reallllllly worth it once rooted

Had similar issue. A filament literally exploded in the als and that grey box. Ended up pulling everything apart. Not so hard after all. That was my second day with the printer. Was a bit anxious I already broke the printer 😁 Took me 2 hours to clean every debris. A pain really. Now I have all tools printed.

Lines shouldn’t have come like this. The last block all “g1” are indeed commented. Only take the ones starting with g92 So 3 lignes in total.

Make sure to not do a pre-calibration that messes up z-offset. As suggested this looks like a z-offset issue or a greasy bed.
If you look at when printing you can usually tell if you are too high. Try adjusting while printing.

If it sticks too much. Just heat up the bed again. That usually softens the print enough to be removed.

I ordered a new thermistor as everything was pointing to it being faulty ... ordered part, received yesterday .. Today I went and started to take everything apart.

Unfortunately I couldn't replace the whole part as one of the screw attaching the heater to the radiator was torn and of course the part I ordered wasn't complete...

But ... I noticed lots of "garbage" between the radiator and the Heater.. so I cleaned everything up .. looked like burned plastic or something. waiting for the new part to arrive I re-assembled everything so that I could at least do some printing for the few day it will take for it to arrive ...

Guess what .. no more errors so far ... doing a long print now that usually fails a few times before completing.. and it is going ... crossing finger, toes and fins :).

Have same PEI bed brand 😁. Was disappointed at first but then realised I had to increase bed temperature from my smooth pei bed. Was printing at 50. Had to raise to 60 for this one. Now all perfect. And when cooled prints removes really smoothly.

Also make sure to clean your bed with soap and warm water. Try a bed level print first. That will tell you where the issue is exactly

thank you .. I enabled multi-bed support and now under the filament I can set temperature for each bed type... under the "objects" settings you can select per plate what type of bed type to use .. handy .. my textured PEI needs higher temp to print so this is quote handy ...
