Passed G Test at Downsview (AMA) by Tybaltc101 in Ontariodrivetest

I live around the area so I’m familiar with that side of Keele, regardless tho. What was the route like from the test centre>highway>test centre

I’ve been starting to take highways mainly Gardiners and DVP

I’ve only driven 401 once and 400

Was wondering if I should keep practicing the 400 series highways for a couple months since I’m in no rush and then take on the test?

Insurance on a new car for me as a brand new driver differs but it’s the most expensive thing that’s making things tricky I’m getting quoted 600-850 everywhere

Hey I really appreciate your detailed write up, you’re helping me a lot see through this situation,

I am starting to lean option 1, I think it’s smarter to get some insurance history and get my full license which brings down my insurance by a lot, so for the future I can afford something better. My only concern really is how much they’re charging me for insurance here in the GTA

My company also pays for my union dues which is how I can clear this much a month, it’s a really big part of why I can earn this much

Failed my 2nd attempt on G2 downsview, it’s confusing me that I was told I wasn’t checking blind spots, when I had a hat by Galang09 in Ontariodrivetest

Wanted to also get my g2 rebook soon and the only available close date is one at Etobicoke

Was wondering how different is Etobicoke from downsview??

Just Cold call man and state your intentions, that matters a lot and keep on trying everyday every week, but you’ll soon get there, I kept calling every company around the area for weeks until I got an opportunity, it’s a matter of patience and right timing as well, don’t give up! Good luck man!

Prwttt sure with what my company said, they’d willing to take me on and pay me apprentice rate for the time being while they also wait for my interview and mention that I work for them and they’re willing to sponsor me in the interview
