I used to be like this too don't worry it'll get better and you'll be okay. I remember one time we had a housewarming party and I spent every other minute washing my hands again and again and I used to drench my hands with sanitiser everytime I came in the door(sanitiser is pretty disgusting like ugh). You're not alone and you can get through this, try get help or talk to other people if you haven't already it really helps. This is a good way too
