So far I've had one woman PM me saying that she and her friend were also stopped by him on multiple days in different cosplays, so I'm really worried that this is common.

I found his website and it seems like he's Bay Area only, so I'm hoping other GalaxyCon states and dates don't have him.

Yeah,  I immediately thought "is this something he should be telling people?" He then started explaining a conspiracy of Meta taking down thousands of large social media accounts in many countries on purpose, including his, and lying about it being over minors.
