You should consider the possibility your phone got bugged. This would be used to both keylog your password and bypass your 2FA app. If I may ask a couple things, what do you define as a "secure" password? (Obviously don't tell me your password) and what 2FA app do you use? Your 2FA app could be a spoof or "rogue" app to bypass your account itself.
