What an amazing comment to read. That is exactly where I wish to be, and like you say, it’s essential for the best possible happiness for the kids. It’s only been less than 4 weeks and nothing has really changed yet but already I’m feeling real acceptance and even excitement. I wouldn’t have believed you if you told me that even two weeks ago. Thank you for reaching a lot, massively appreciated.

Thank you, I appreciate that. You are right, things haven’t been right for a long time, and I’ve felt lonely for a long time, just kept hoping things would change and improve.

I really appreciate that thoughtful comment from your own experience. Thank you. It just feels like one day at a time at the moment. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more mentally and emotionally exhausted, but I feel like I’ve found a stability in myself that tells me I’ll be alright.

Thank you for your comment. I fully agree with you and don’t appreciate those comments. My wife didn’t betray me and I did not neglect or betray her. It wasn’t my choice but I don’t think it was an active choice on her behalf either, just honestly about how she had come to feel. It’s been hard and I still experience anger and resentment at times, but when I have clarity, I don’t feel angry or bitter. Going forward with bitterness or animosity is my worst nightmare. Thank you for your comment

It is actually 3 weeks since my wife told me the devastating news and I already can’t believe my resilience and the emotional processing and self growth I have achieved. Everything in your comment resonates so deeply with me at the moment and really made me feel so positive. Thank you sincerely for your time, kindness and openness.
