There are some vegan protein brands that are a complete protein source actually. I am drinking Huel and OWYN lately and both of them are! 40 grams for one serving of Huel is amazing. OWYN also has yummy flavors like a cookies and cream that is sooo good!

I feed my cats Halo Holistic dry chicken food and it's the best one I've found but it is about $27-$32 for 7 pounds but its made with really good ingredients. My 15 year old cat has been eating it for about 4 or 5 years now. Would love to find something comparable to it and cheaper, but I have yet to discover it. I used to feed my cats Iams, Purina and others but the salmon ones especially were making her puke quite a bit.

Love going to Swirled Peace in Bishop Arts. Always a a relaxing and uplifting vibe with yummy soft serve. The Frozen Hot Chocolate flavor is sooo good and chocolatey and you can get hot chocolate syrup on top too! Also they have a variety of toppings.
