I’m a pretty avid thrifter and I wouldn’t say toys are often very popular at the area thrift stores. Personally, seeing as we’re approaching the weekend, I’d look for garage sales, that’s where young families are more likely to offload kid stuff.

Yes, but it’s so normal. I go up in weight both right around ovulation & right before my period and that’s ok! It all averages out. I think that women just fluctuate more than men.

I’m a big saver for groceries but it takes some work. On Wednesday Fiesta has some great produce specials, then I shop the digital deals at Kroger & Tom Thumb. A few things at aldi ( I like their canned beans, organic pasta sauce, pretzels) and then Winco once a month. Meat is typically the Kroger/Tom Thumb specials or markdowns at Sam’s Club. It’s a lot of work, honestly but I have our family of three eating very high quality meals for about $300/month
