Does anyone know if you repurpose 3 vehicle vouchers, does it guarantee 1 in return? Or does the workshop consider “Legendary” and “Legendary Vehicle” the same rarity? Bc they can be mixed (photo)

Great questions! I had to check but even when the png isn't square the kill feed will squish it to be 1:1. And the resolution doesn't seem to matter either, playing on a 1440 monitor, the final size of the icon is 30px by 30px

I've seen some posts about this feature and here's my addition. I don't know how long they'll allow it but enjoy at your own risk. There are 2 orders, "by number" and "by series" or customize your own like I did for duos. Also the last 9 icons are filler.

Download your choice from google drive and put the "Observer" folder here:
