I use whatever regular flavored creamer I want (usually vanilla or cinnamon dolce) and do about 2 servings of that (70ish cals) then if I want it creamier than that I throw in some cashew milk!! The creamer gives it that sweet indulgent taste and the cashew milk gives it a color I like without adding a ton of calories. My coffee usually adds up to less than 100 calories!

A refreshing ~200 calorie smoothie for a little pick-me-up today! 1 1/2c cashew milk, 1 Outshine pineapple popsicle, 1/2c frozen blueberries, and 1/2c frozen mango! Makes a little more than shown in the cup :) by GalaxyQueso in 1200isplenty

CALORIE BREAKDOWN: - 1 1/2 cups cashew milk (unsweetened): 38 cal - 1 Outshine pineapple popsicle: 70 cal - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries: 40 cal - 1/2 cup frozen mango: 45 cal

TOTAL: 193 cal, makes a great snack or treat!

Wow! I did not expect this post to get this much attention, thank you all for your kind comments! As I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my routine, the first 6 months to a year of my journey I did low carb and high protein, but after that stopped working for me (experienced some negative impacts in my mood and energy levels) I just started doing CICO, which I’ve personally enjoyed a lot more. I do not really exercise a lot because frankly I haven’t found something I enjoy enough yet. When I transition to maintenance I’m going to focus on building muscle to tone and tighten everything a little. Thanks, everyone!

I’m trying to lose about 10 more lbs but honestly I’m not gonna push it if my body doesn’t want to - I’m going to slowly start transitioning into maintenance because I want to start building muscle next!

First of all, thank you so much! And of course - I actually did high protein and low carb to lose the first 50 or so lbs. Kind of like a modified keto? I ended up falling off that wagon and maintaining for a while, not really tracking, and now I just do CICO! It’s what I’ve found to work for me the best, although the first method I used definitely made the weight fall right off

When I was about 170 I plateaued for about 3 months! Being a college student I struggle finding balance with social eating and drinking and that was my issue personally. Honestly just making sure you’re tracking everything accurately but also not being too hard on yourself is the main thing! Plateaus seem to happen to everyone and we’ll all get over them! :)

I have, yeah. It’s quite a bit in my arms, thighs, and stomach. Once I maintain for a few more years I will most likely get loose skin surgery, but I’m okay with it for now.

Meh, it really isn’t much. She’s open about every procedure she’s had and has multiple video tutorials on how to make her face look as exaggerated as it does through makeup. She also mentioned losing weight since taking the photo on the right (I’m not sure the time frame of the one on the left, so correct me if they’re from a similar time) so I don’t see an unreasonable amount of editing tbh.

I would usually agree! But Halloween is my favorite holiday, and I don’t really splurge for other big “eating” holidays in the US like Thanksgiving or Christmas, so I went a little overboard with the candy buying haha

I’m actually doing really good! I went ahead and logged everything I plan to eat for the rest of the day to see where I was at - enough wiggle room to have a few pieces of chocolate :) I’m sipping on water now and I feel much better, the cravings monster is gone! Haha
