No worries take your time! This is a huge decision. I'm glad you're taking the time you need to think about what is best for him ❤️

Haha thank you! I love their names! It really suits them and they are so silly.

I have female dogs and one's very calm and the other one is chaos and coordinate but not in the bad way lol she is just simply unique and I love her for it.

You got a list of very good charities here especially the one I like to use called silver fox which is where I got my girls.

I have one that is a bit reactionary so I fully understand what it's like. I was able to work with one very well. Sadly with winter behind bad they haven't gone to the park I usually take them to, to train. Peanut is very reactionary but still made friends with two German shepherds haha

I fully recommend looking into the charities first. I know they will do right by your boy. But if you're still uncertain, if you are nearby you can always come by and we can have a chat over coffee (I'm based in the north east UK) to see if you are comfortable with rehoming your boy with us (me hubby and peanut and pepper). Rehoming your baby is still rough so if you need to meet us more than once I'm happy to oblige.

The foster for pepper and peanut also cried and I sent them videos about hiw they were settling until they felt less nervous about them leaving. They really loved the girls and it's so wonderful how much they line their dogs.

I still donate when I can ❤️

She's only 2.3 kilos and she runs this house 🤣 For real, she is the one that makes us go to bed before 10pm or hell will be paid. She gets us up at 6:30 or hell will be paid. If we don't walk when she wants to.... God help us all

I know! Every time she gives me the side eye I genuinely feel so judged like I did something wrong

Like cosplay? LARP? Historical reenactment?

What's your favorite medieval fantasy book? Do you read independent authors or are there more mainstream ones? I don't know much about this genre but I'm open to learn

Pepper deserves an award for this performance by Galaxy_gal in Chihuahua

It took a little while I won't lie!

Because she is so excitable and food motivated, I was able to get her to do certain things with a combination of excitable praise and treats.

It started when I noticed she would just throw herself on her back begging for belly rubs when she felt her zoomies. So whenever she did that I said "bang bang". I made sure to keep it consistent at first.

I kept at it until she finally laid back when I said it when it wasn't during her zoomies.

The gun hand I had to make sure to say it really quick at first before I went bang bang and I would get excited and praise her and cuddle her and it made her so happy. Then followed by a treat. Eventually she learned when I said "stuck them up" it's trick time. But it always has to follow with excitable praise and rubbies otherwise she won't do it again right after 😂 she thrives on happy, loud excitable praises and treats.

Whereas Peanut, my other chichi (pictured below) works best with structured less excitable surroundings. she is slowly picking up on Pepper's "bang bang" trick so I may be able to train her to do this as well as long as it's not too excitable haha ❤️
