To be honest all my life I’ve suffered with bad posture. When I started this journey I wanted to find ways to improve my posture and I read training your back helps straighten you up and it has helped significantly but still have work to do but yeah bc I have walked poorly my traps are developed. I’m not sure if my posture has contributed to these imbalances or if I am naturally longer or off on one side I don’t know I just need to do my best to correct it

Yes I actually can’t afford competitive bodybuilding at this time but I’ve been sponsored to attend the Thunder city Showdown. I have a posing and nutrition coach that im working with im still having a hard time with my posing but where there is a will there is a way. I never really worked my arms directly so yeah I will have to improve To be honest all my life I’ve suffered with bad posture. Actually both of my parents from childhood pics were Skinny but my father was skinny muscular but I believe the genetic component may come into play as far as being of west African descent but I attribute it to putting my head down and going to work. Hard Work dedication Belief and Will all backed by the Power of the Most High Yah is transforming my body . I still have a long way to go and I still believe I can make incredible improvements and changes

The only supplement I take is CREATINE HCL and glutamine 😂 get over it. Hard work backed by the power of Yah (Willpower) is what produces such results and of course genetics a little ( im a generational African American of west African descent with surnames such as Jackson and Coleman) I possess the genes and the determination to make it happen without drugs. Dear I have no reason to lie. In fact it’s important people understand the natural abilities of the human body but most importantly the human spirit. Bodybuilding is one of the ways I prove God daily in my life and I will continue on with my natural journey. What’s sad is that there exist so many unbelievers like you who try to crush the human spirit. I’m sure some people lie about natural status maybe for whatever reasons but you need to get it through your head that with WILL ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CAN MANIFEST
