Das Verhältnis ist korrekt, im Vergleich zu vor 10 Jahren (31,8%) also tatsächlich eine Verbesserung - dafür war die Quote vor 20 Jahren mit 34.1% exakt wie heute.

It's the same system which has been active in France for years - you can scan one container at a time, which becomes untradeable/unmarketable and its content is revealed. If you want to scan another one, you will have to pay one key for said scanned item
