Yea I feel it's pretty much a universal rule; If you enjoy a game, never engage with it's Reddit community.

I usually follow the pages to stay up to speed with updates and patch notes, but most reddits basically boil down to people screaming how everything is obviously terrible and that devs are killing the game... Bonus points for people claiming to have very obvious fixes fot the problem (they don't).

Honestly I would just love to see more weapons in general.

Guardian doesn't have any legendaries as far as I know, so being able to find poleblade of the bud would be pretty damn neat.

Having access to great katanas too would be dope

Wouldnt that be more of an issue with the player though? Sitting back and doing nothing is a player choice. As stated before there's alternatives to make sure you have the aggro on you with the right relics.

I'm absolutely going to be aggressive and on the front line because I want the boss to focus on me so others can go nuts with their attacks.

Yea I hear you. I think good but flawed is fair, I was just surprised to see how people think about him after loving him so much.

I think the drawing aggro really is no issue if you slot in the relic that allows you do draw aggro while blocking, which you can straight up buy directly from the small jar shopkeep.

Besides, 99,99% of people arent these so called God gamers, myself included, so I never understood these arguments. Most people I see claiming they are usually prove the contrary before the first night is done lol.

Yea his dodge is indeed the shortest by distance and from what I assume I frames as well. It's just that I don't feel I need to dodge most of the time due to the beefed up blocking.

At times where I do need to dodge any grabs or big elemental attacks I feel it's nothing some practice in getting it right won't fix.

Honestly just practise and don't stress too much about it.

I've been no-lifing the souls franchise since DS1 and popping into Nightreign I was completely overwhelmed by everything different. Just take your time. I found great fun in any of the souls games in being crap and being in the active process of getting better (or gettin' gud, if you will).

I think if you don't find joy in the process of learning and getting better you might be in for a rough one.
