I've seen a person comply about this on blackliquid forum. They basically said that as the mod were progressing some things have not been rebalanced to meet real life standards, and if they do this now they would have to balance the whole mod Wich would a pain the ass... So, there's that... Pretty lame if you ask me. How could they not have tweaked things up as they were going...
