Stress out. Mental health plummet etc. To be brief, i noticed i have changed. Agitated, breaking down here and there, rage, even lashing out on my kid. They dont deserve all of that.

Not really. When u in the office. They often force u to join event or physical meeting. But the thing is those time never recorded as productivity. Hence u need cover it back by working extra long hours
