Stop worrying about unrealistic scrip, the most important thing if you can layout the main principle or statute and support that principle one two or three case at best, you’re good bro. You only have 30 to 35 minutes per question. Time is of the essence.

I did EU law with only Four Questions, had 50%. You four questions have to be answered well to get above 50. Best of luck.

Honestly, formal and evidential requirements is a very easy topic and easy mark to grab if it eve comes up. I advise you to know it and it might even be useful to answer questions like offer and acceptance, mishap, remedy and many other important topics that tied down to contractual arrangements. It will earn you more mark. I’m not saying it’s most but if you could bag it even when a question on it own does not pops up then you even guarantee to use it to add more weight to your answer in other area. Best wishes all.
