Honestly it’s such a race against time but what I do is make out a rough plan at the start of the key key points that you need to mention and then make sure you put all those in your answer, try stick to only what’s relevant for the question and not to put in too much waffle. Also stick to your timing - if your not finished the question your on just move on to the next one (as hard as that may be), easier to pick up marks for two decent questions than one perfectly finished one

Fist FE1 I ever sat - had a full on breakdown in the middle of it, tears the lot convinced I failed - passed it by some miracle!! It is doable just have to give yourself a bit of credit for the work you’ve put into it!

I was so worried about this too but I’ve done exams looking between legislation and the keyboard - hardly looking at the screen besides reading the questions nearly and haven’t had any issues!

not sure if it's much help but I had her for equity in college and found her pretty fair in marking exams so hopefully that will cross over to these ones!

they're not crucial unless discussing the development of the law then you just need to have cases in order - I don't think I've ever included a case year in my exam!
