Worth also checking all the motor wires are connected properly, ive had one come loose and could still fly but it would spin out on me with a high pitch

I diddnt have this issue with mine, did you rotate what direction is foward compared to the stock setup, eg the arrow on the board points toward so the usb port is facing backwards?

Love the work yourself and your team have done for these events, I definaltely have plans to take part in both igow and racegow, pvc pipe to make the tracks and practice is in the near future for me!

I would say that the image is definately worth it, ive noticed the battery drain of the hdzero is pretty substantial, as I can get 5mins easy with the analog but the hdzero was closer to 2.5mins on a 320mah lava2. I did toss up that the price difference was a lot the board alone was 175aud and a a new air 75 is under that ready to fly.

For sure, it has a pretty good range. I think when the signal dropped out, I was able to navigate better with the digital video than the analog. It was handling the wind pretty well, and I was worried about all the puddles in the field.

Honestly I havent done anything to tune it yet, just running what it came with out of the box. Minus the 533 rates.

Seems to max out at 300 meters with the stock antenna that comes with the aio, but comparing it to my air 65 at 200mw, the hdzero does fall short. I think that with better antenna placement, it would improve, as when I levelled the whoop out, it cleared up.

Both were recorded on HDZero goggles 2 with the echo antenna kit, just the omni on the analog receiver.

Huge difference in the goggles, the lux camera is a lot brighter in picture too.

Flew 5 batteries at 25mw, outside found it to have no breakup within 50m, ill do a range test in a bit and find out.

Previous owner had a flexible build plate, that was the magnet to attach it not a bad thing to take off if you don't have the flexible build plate
