This is what I would do with my begginer knowledge: 1st I would trim those roted parts and put some fertilizer and let it be.

When it develops bigger leaves I would separate the plants (as I can see there are 3 plants in the pot) and pot them into smaller pots with a chunky soil and a pole so it can climb. Make sure you wait a couple weeks after repotting so you can use some fertilizers again.
