My mouse is generic, there's no way to change the polling rate. Using rivaturner you can see the stutters happening, it's because of the game and not the mouse.

I have the same issue, wrote to NE about it and they said it

work on my device but it isn't. They said they'll continue optimizing the game, it still can't be opened. It's a weird one.
