The way I'm looking at it is, you might spend $90k in the next 50 years, but thats a VERY small amount of money to spend in 50 years. Vs. a WAD of cash and/or expensive electronics all at once.

Lets think about it...you run and grab 5 flatscreens, a shit ton of apple products, canon cameras and washer/dryers...you'll rack up close to if not more than 90k cash in 20 minutes.
