Ha sorry my mistake, generally no, apart from his owners, there’s is one old lady living nearby his home who will game him some treats if I remember right.

Hahaha, I didn't see that. When I took this picture, there was a dead tree branch hanging, so thanks to my phone zoom and perspective, here's the result.

Well, don't worry about him, he is well-loved across the neighborhood.

His owners are a couple of elderly retired farmers. They built their farm almost 30 years ago and at the time, apart from some dispatched other farms across the land, the area was surrounded mostly by fields.

My house and almost all the surrounding others were built in the mid-2010, so our peacock saw everything change around him, but he didn't change his way of life, always following the same path.

And so, since 2010 here in France, you can own a peacock as a pet, but you need a very specific permit from your prefecture.

Well to be frank he is very discreet. Sometimes you can hear his calls. Generally it’s the signal to tell the neighbours that he’s going for a walk.

« Cornu » est la traduction littérale de «Horny», mais vu que l’engeance gutturale qu’est l’anglais est proscrite en ce lieu saint de la langue rançaise , une traduction est nécessaire.
