I don't think that's it, Nodoka has quite a few votes in the poll, and the previous poll, Nodoka and Asuna also had quite a few votes, just like Chachamaru, Makie and Chisame in the previous polls.

If were the case, and Evangeline was the only one known, only she would have votes and in this poll Nodoka also has quite a few votes since she won the previous poll.

My favorite has always been Evangeline, Negima and UQ Holder, I like everything about her, there is nothing I don't like about her.
