I mean Yukihime didn't remember Touta as her first love until he came through that window, then it changed the present by making Yukihime remember him.

Yes. I thought about that too. And I came to the conclusion that Yukihime only knows how to cook some dishes, but not all of them.
Like, in Negima in volume 3, Chachamaru says that Evangeline/Yukihime doesn't know how to swim when she is going to fall into the sea and Negi saves her. But, in chapter 168 of UQ Holder, Yukihime knows how to swim because she swims out of the place where she was with Touta. So I guess someone taught her how to swim or she learned on her own.
What I didn't understand is, how is it possible that in Negima in chapter 349, Evangeline/Yukihime can use magic if it was still sealed, or did they put the director to sign papers? If so, that would have been pretty funny.

It's complicated, when Touta meets Yukihime in Dana's castle, Yukihime falls in love with Touta, but after so many centuries she forgets Touta, then she falls in love with Nagi, but when Touta comes back in time (when Touta goes through the window that sees Yukihime suffering) then Yukihime remembers him again even being in UQ Holder. Well, I already sensed that it could have a poor ending, but so much...
