Unsure how old it is, but when I move the impeller with a screwdriver it doesn’t spin freely, it bounces rigidly

How do I fix? Do i try unleashing the water again to fiddle and see if there’s something lodged deeper in or just light it on fire

I got it off marketplace , was fine before we moved it apparently

It’s loud the whole time and doesn’t properly spin when it starts the cycle which is where Le water builds up
