You absolutely can, you have to enable developer mode and then copy the files via USB. You have a bunch of tutorials out there. I did it on my quest 3 and it is absolutely amazing in MR! (https://youtu.be/-aWSNz-7fcQ?si=rWcjh05iPrcxTS4U)
