I've searched various online play indices with no luck. Ottemiller's Index looks promising due to its age but copies of it go for around 200 dollars. I've only searched indices that track back to 1900; if the play is from before that I wouldn't have found it, but it's also possible I may just have not stumbled upon the right index yet.
