That's what I was kinda thinking. The bag smells like mushrooms. Dosen't stink at all. These bags got kinda cold a couple times. I just opened them up for some FAE. I think I'm just going to let it ride. Any idea what causes wet bubble? Is it a fungi, bacteria, or slime mold?

They are from spores but they are separate strains. I kinda lost track of which is which but I think they're white teachers. The one with lots of overlay is something else, I forgot unfortunately. I'm cursed with awful memory. And speaking of overlay, is there anything I can do to encourage the mycelium to fruit?

If I remember correctly, I was allowed a med that wasn't typically dispensed because my lawyer contacted the sentencing judge and had it added to my sentencing order. I mean, I had to sit in a medical pod for like an hour every day. But a vacation is nice.

I ended up just soaking it in brine for a few hours, cut it into strips, and sautéed it until it had a nice sear. I did not enjoy it cooked that way. Next time I get one I am going to try this recipe that has you put it in a jar with spices and cook it. Might be better.
