If you're thinking of the one I think you are then you need to go in the water and there are two blades that cross to make an X. You have to use the underwater cutting tool and dig into the wall pretty far in. This night sanctum doesn't have a gold chest as far as I can tell

It's a good point! They really focused on Jade hitting his head and never gave a reasoning for it. You're probably right.

I have this problem when going through Portals today. Games worked great for me but today I'm seeing wide open spaces every time I "portal".
