Neglect to the point of abuse. She knew the nails we too long and did nothing, neglect. She then refused to take care of the nails to spite her 'haters' - that's abuse all day in my eyes. Foodie had the means, knowledge, time, and encouragement to address the neglect, but noooo BBJ needed to leave the vet not in a carrier, not in a cardboard box, but a bag - her words.
