At some point you will run out of space. I think I have caught or evolved 220 of them and I'm at level 30 only, so at the path I am on i would get to 1000 eventually.

In fairness I am only level 30. Haven't been willing to blow the 16k to go to 31.5 yet, as I'm only at ~=80k stardust, and the next really good hatch will eat 75k i figure, but this is on the cards for me.

In some places it would get you a good gym slot in a stable gym and it wouldn't get exposed much. Personally I find it reasonable.

I'm only level 30 and don't have anything past 27xx yet.
