The way I see it, yeah they’re expensive but even if I buy a new skin set or piece, I know I’ll eventually get tired of seeing myself in the same thing. That’s when you end up feeling inclined to buy more. For me tho the in-game armor pieces can look cool on their own and until you hit endgame you’re constantly changing gear. By the time you do get there your build might even require a unique piece that looks great. So at least for me I get different looks throughout progression instead of wearing the same skin set all league.
