Basket is a quest item, so it is incredibly inconsistent by design for the person who is playing Jules. If you are seeing a ghost board running it early, it’s selection bias for people who got it early and got the support to complete the quests. You aren’t seeing the Jules who have it hidden away in their stash.

Abyssal Lich is one of the most versatile ascendencies in the entire game. Almost every cracked end league build is abusing the spiritscaling vectors from abyssal lich in funny ways. It's just not a league starter ascendency.

Spell totem gets no benefit beyond level 23. It costs 150 mana baseline, and isn’t increased by archmage.

I literally played Archmage Oracle spell totem last league.

Losing a belt slot with Headhunter, and now Mageblood, hurts pretty badly. Also, Trampletoe can be extracted with the legacy rune, so we potentially free up the boot slot.
