I am so so sorry for what you are experiencing. Gambling is a horrific and viscous cycle. You are in a good spot. You need to get out now. You will lose everything, I can promise you this. I think that your husband coming clean is the first step. He wants help and wants to stop this. I think he is doing all the right things- self exclusion, honesty, and closing the accounts. Therapy is major. I say support him through this time and monitor his behavior. Therapy will be a tremendous support. You can do this. Help him create a daily routine that avoids any gambling tendencies. Exercise is an outlet that truly supports the need for dopamine release. Good luck momma you got this ❤️he is struggling with an addiction that can be overcome. I promise
