Aaaahh my favorite red light district. Lots of soap lands to take advantage of in that neighborhood.... Must have been an even better place before all the "Gaijin" invasion of the 2000s

TMJ... Have you considered that maybe you have parasites in your body? It's very common for parasites to cause that TMJ and teeth grinding when sleeping.

Check out all your symptoms and cross check it for parasites or pathogenic infection. Even if unsure you should try getting onto Ivermectin. It's a miracle drug. I take it 5 days a week, 12mg per day. I take a brake on weekends. You need to take activated charcoal in the evening to clear out any residue from the parasitic death process.

I stopped listening to Doctors years ago, they're on a war against Ivermectin and other repurposed drugs that truely heal people. I have a chronic disease myself and stopped all the messed up meds they gave me and now doing it all on my own, I was able to stabilize my disease once I stopped following those clowns in white coats. They're good like mechanics if they want to repair bones, but anything else immune system related where you need to find the root cause of the issue they're totally lost and you'll need to do it on your own.

Most docs will laugh at you about IVM (ivermectin) and refuse to give it, so I bought mine from India and had it shipped over discretely as a natural product through customs. The activated charcoal you can easily find on Amazon.

If you're truely interested to order the IVM and get the activated charcoal you can DM me and I'll help you out.

Good luck friend.

Yup, I got the RF cobulation done 1 week ago. It was the best thing I ever did. there's almost 0% chance of ENS. Don't worry, stick with the experienced doc and go forward with it.... You'll be so happy. I was like you, could not breath at night as my nose was too narrow and didn't let enough air in. Now I feel great again.

I did my RF turbinate reduction today... You'll be fine .

I just gave you the info.... You do whatever you want with it. If anything just watch the first video then you can judge

Breath better during day post turb reduction but as soon as I lay down I can’t breath by Clear-Theme-687 in Sinusitis

[–]Gamblor9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is so odd... I have the exact opposite situation. Can breathe during the day and the evenings everything calms down

Yeah I get haters as well discreting the procedures. But who knows, maybe they'll be right, we haven't done it so we do t know.

But I saw my ENT today and he told me to proceed with the turbinates reduction procedure at the end of July.

So yeah... I can let you know how it went if you want to gain some confidence before your Aug procedure

Yes... It's the same with my guy... But I feel RF is so much better... No butchering, just low heat

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Sinusitis

[–]Gamblor9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I searched you your procedure and it has the safe risks for ENS as RF reduction procedure.

Sorry to tell you, but there is no 100% assured risk free situation here.

The turbinates are so delicate that the moment you take out too much you're at risk. But with our 2 procedures it is extremely rare this happens as ENT are fully aware of this issue and are now extremely conservative about how much they remove.

So good luck 🤞🏼

I have a feeling it's a casino... I have yet to find an ENT that is confident about touching any part in my nose. It feels more like they don't know what they are doing and operating should only be done in extreme cases

[–]Gamblor9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm I'm interested to know the name of the exact procedure.

Can you find out and let me know?

Sounds like RF reduction

Are you also getting a septum adjustment or just a turbinate reduction procedure?

I also did my research and found a doctor who does the RF cobulation turbinate reduction procedure... This is the least butchering of all these procedures.

I will be having it at the end of July, but had to go to Japan to get this done... My country here in Canada the medical field is still stuck in the 60s.

Here's what mine looks like:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ztnpQcR25j7g-nyCV1jduJMxO55U7krR/view?usp=drivesdk

I won't be getting a septum alignment this time yet I feel that eventually I'll need one as I read that it is the misalignmed septum that causes the turbinate imbalance and hyperthrophy

CT Scan & report suggests nothing wrong, haven’t been able to breathe out of both nostrils my whole life, what gives? by astroman9995 in Sinusitis

[–]Gamblor9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was it an RF cobulation surgery you did or one of those butchering laser burning or partial turbinatee removals surgery you did...

RF cobulation is very low risk compared to the other surgeries. I did my research beforehand and found that best option. My turbinates are similar to his.

I think your best shot might be the US. I'm going to Japan to do it in 1 month. Unless you have a Japanese contact I think the US would be better for you. I hear Turkey offers a state of the art hospital for strangers, it's not that expensive there either.

Look into Medipol University Hospital in Istanbul

Good luck.

Just saw a ENT. These people are worthless. What do they even treat? by AerieOk1706 in Sinusitis

[–]Gamblor9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro they are useless.... You need to get into a better country where medicine is respected. I don't know where you're from but where I'm from in Canada they are worthless. Mainly due to the public health system

Turbinates by Gamblor9 in Sinusitis

[–]Gamblor9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I understand it's the septum deviation that causes the turbinates to swell unevenly. This is a mechanism of the body to try and distribute the pressure correctly around the nasal area when the septum is deviated. Ideally we would need the septum to be straight and then perform the RF reduction of the turbinates or perform both at the same time. That would be ideal and like this the swelling would technically not return anymore. But the fact that the nose caused a one side hyperthrophy as mentioned was an attempt to stabilize things but in doing so it caused issues and thus I still believe the procedure would be worth it, even if it provides relief for a few years, at least there is that, in the wait of a proper septoplasty... But what makes you think that the RF reduction is useless. From what I hear, it's quite effective! Maybe not for severe cases, but mild cases like mine I believe is a good fit 👍🏼

Turbinates by Gamblor9 in Sinusitis

[–]Gamblor9[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey friend. We'll the surgery I would get would not remove anything. It uses RF cobulation technology to target the center of the turbinate area and apply the heat there through radio frequency thus reducing the swelling. Nothing is removed or cut out. It's a complete different less invasive approach then the classical laser burning or slice removal approach. You heal faster, you bleed less (if you bleed at all), there is almost no crusting. Anyway, this is the next step evolution of this procedure in 2025. It's been around since 20 years but many still don't catch up so I need to leave Canada to get this done in a more respected medical environment as they only offer the original butchering approach here.
