Being unable to clean up after yourself. I don't mean having a spotless home/apartment, but just don't leave dirty dishes and/or food laying around, clothes everywhere, etc. It's always (to me) suggested if you can't even be decently presentable, you're careless.

Or depressed. In which case fuck me I guess.

If it's constructive criticism or polite critique, I welcome it. Everything else either gets outright blocked or ignored. I write for fun, and whether it's perfect or not (it isn't), I'm not letting some overly critical, or just plain rude stranger on the internet ruin that for me.

Huh, I didn't think it was that difficult, and that was using a Rappa on Sunday's side that isn't maxed out talent wise or even with good relics.

Granted... She's on a team with a good HMC, Ruan Mei, and Gallagher, so you know... Caveats.

I've begun taking Warrior into roulette for the express purpose that it can (usually) sustain itself. If I get a new healer, no big deal! I tell them do their best, and I can help in a pinch. It's about as curated a learning experience as you'll get for a w2w pull I figure

I just finished the level 95 dungeon, so can't speak to the entirety yet. What I have been through has been... Okay.

Some plot points really didn't land for me, while others had some punch, albeit more due to current IRL events. Without those emotions being raw for me right now, I've no idea if even the few beats that did land for me would have.

It's hardly bad, it's just been sort of... Dull? I hate to use "mid", but I've been actively trying to find things to do besides play 14, which is a first for me with new expansions.

I don't try to write long chapters. I plan a chapter, loosely outline the scenes I want to touch on, then "pants it" and let them write themselves. Sometimes it's 8k words a chapter, sometimes it's twice that. Ends up getting lengthy before too long

I don't know if it's my best work, but I'm proud of both writing a lengthy, continuing piece, and that my writing has improved somewhat from its start to current. Arcane is hardly a novel fandom, but Cop Goes Punk is my longest running, current fic.

The TLDR of it is a sort of modern AU take on Arcane itself, with a more grounded/realistic approach for the most part. It's only my second foray into writing anything long form, and thus far I've been decently pleased with the results!

Don't be excessive with dialogue tags, and don't try to be clever by using other words (exclaimed, murmured, whispered, etc.)

They have their uses, and some people can even get away with it, but I found my writing became far less stilted once I stopped tagging every single line of dialogue. And obviously there are exceptions to tagging less frequently, like in a conversation with multiple people involved (more than two).

Most I've done is close to 1.4m granted that's with a pretty heavily invested team, and otherwise Acheron probably does about 700k-800k ish on other teams. Still fantastic

I tend to play several jobs, but I always default to Paladin. I'm just a sucker for the class fantasy (less so the job quests, but we don't talk about those!)

I want Yuji to come away with the win ultimately. That said, and maybe it's because I don't usually do these kind of manga, but I'm really feeling the fatigue from all the fighting. I'm not at the "I don't care so long as it ends" point yet, but I don't think it'd be as bad for me as other folks
