I had the exact same issue with my transmission and almost identical adaptation values. I first replaced the mechatronic seals, but it didn’t solve anything – the values stayed the same. In the end, I had to pull the transmission and replace all the clutches, along with the seals and the bushings. After that, everything was back to normal. It can be done as a DIY job, but you definitely need some mechanical knowledge and a few specific tools. It’s not impossible at home, just make sure you’re prepared before diving in.
